We are available by phone from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Mountain Standard Time. If you reach us after hours, feel free send us an email, or leave us a message and we’ll return your call the next morning. Our showroom in Salt Lake City is open for visits by appointment so please call to verify that someone will be available to assist you.

How do I cancel my order?
If for some reason your order is cancelled prior to printing a refund may be issued. Allow 2-3 business days for the credit to be applied to your credit card. If your order has already printed, no refunds will be given.
How do I use a coupon code?
All coupon codes must be entered in the shopping cart to be eligible for the discount or free shipping. If you have a promo code, you must enter it in the “Discount Code” box in the shopping cart for it to apply to your order. No coupon codes will be honored after purchase has been made. What canvas sizes are available?
We can produce custom sizes over a range of various thicknesses of stretcher bars, from .75″ up to 2.5″ thick. The largest single-panel print we’ve done to date was a huge 10′x20′ gallery-wrapped canvas mural. Feel free to email us any custom request, whether it be size, digital image enhancements, mounting, framing, or otherwise, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
What file formats do you accept?
We prefer JPEG or TIFF images. If you have a file in any other format, email it to us at email@example.com and we’ll let you know if it is acceptable. If you are sending artwork with text (in .pdf, .eps, .ai, or .psd formats), the text must be converted to outlines in order for us to open it properly.
What image resolution should my image be?
We prefer images saved at 150 dpi or higher. The resolution from most digital cameras works perfectly for our canvas prints, but to maximize the resolution, you should take your photos at the highest setting possible (5 megapixels or higher). Files larger than 2 MB are great for most prints. Files between around 750 KB and 2 MB are usually printable for most sizes. Files smaller than 750 KB may work if the canvas is not too large. Go ahead and upload what you have. We’ll always contact you if there is an issue with image resolution.
How do I care for my canvas?
While our canvas prints are very durable, it is recommend to display your canvas in a dry area out of direct sunlight. While it is okay to dust your prints with a feather duster or a soft dry or slightly damp cloth, we do not recommend cleaning the print with cleaners, solvents, or other liquids.
What is your guarantee?
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your print we will gladly accept a return for exchange of equal value or reprint provided the problem is communicated within thirty (30) days from date of shipment. What materials do you use?
Check out our pricing page for canvas and paper options available. For stretched canvas, each stretcher bar is made from precision-cut, kiln-dried fir wood, and has a uniform edge, molded lip, and v notched joined corners. Larger prints come with cross braces for added support to prevent sagging.
What is your return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your print, or it was damaged in shipping, simply take a picture of the print(s) and email us at email@example.com along with a description of the reason for the return request. You will then be contacted by a customer service representative to coordinate the reprint or exchange.
